Es ist wundervoll wie sehr ich mich bei ihr auf der Matte fallen lassen kann, wie gut es jedes Mal getan hat, diese 90 Minuten achtsam meinen Körper wahrzunehmen und den Geist zur Ruhe kommen zu lassen. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen eine Nuad Thai Behandlung oder einen Yogakurs bei Irene zu besuchen, um bei sich selbst anzukommen und wieder Stärke zu erlangen. Ich habe auch eine Ausbildung für Nuad Thai Yoga bei Irene genießen dürfen und würde das sofort wieder machen. Sie vermittelte die Inhalte mit ganz viel Liebe, Praxis und einer hohen Professionalität. At Irene's I experienced one of the best massages I've ever had. It is wonderful how much I can let myself fall on the mat with her, how good it has been every time to be mindful of my body for these 90 minutes and to let the mind come to rest. I can only recommend a Nuad Thai treatment or a yoga class with Irene to everyone to relax and regain strength. I was also able to enjoy training in Nuad Thai Yoga with Irene and would do it again in a heartbeat. She conveyed the content with a lot of love, practice and a high level of professionalism.
