Wenn man ein gebrauchtes Handy offiziell inklusive Rechnung verkauft sollte man sicher sein, dass dieses auch funktioniert. not trustworthy, I bought an IPhone8 used there, which did not work after 2 weeks. If you sold a used mobile phone officially including the bill you should be sure that this works well.

Mein Tablet hat nicht mehr geladen, auf die Frage ob man das reparieren kann meinte ein Ausländer gleich ohne das Gerät zu begutachten: Muss ich aufschrauben, dauert 1 woche kostet 40 bis 50€ oder so.. Tja, bei Hartlauer gegenüber sah der nette Mann an der Kassa, das lediglich der Kontakter v. der Buchse verspopft war und reinigte dieses mit einer Pinzette. Hat nix gekostet und mein Tablet geht wieder. Sauerei der Service und die herangehensweise in diesen Laden, aber so sieht im Balkan halt Service aus. Ich kann jedem nur Empfehlen diesen Shop zu meiden. Rip off pure! Avoid this foreign shop. You are not even greeted when you go inside. My tablet did not charge anymore, when asked whether it could be repaired, a foreigner said immediately without examining the device: Do I have to unscrew it, it takes 1 week and costs 40 to 50 € or so ... Well, at Hartlauer's across the street, the nice man at the cash desk saw that only the contact v. the socket was blocked and cleaned it with tweezers. It didn't cost anything and my tablet works again. The service and the approach in this shop are messy, but that's what service looks like in the Balkans. I can only recommend everyone to avoid this shop.
