A	Anja nocturna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dragi und Pauli als Trainerinnen sind kompetent, freundlich und gut drauf, achten auf persönliche ' Baustellen' und sind Meisterinnen der Motivation :) dafür 5 Punkte. Oben im Studio schaut's leider anders aus. Von vier Cardiogeräten sind drei mehr oder weniger defekt (eins geht gar nicht, 2 mit lästigem Laufgeräusch) und das vierte kommuniziert nur Englisch- es könnt wesentlich besser sein. Die e-gymGeräte sind klasse, die Damit verbundene Unabhängigkeit super - nur was bringt das. Wäre Equipment, wenn der Chef sich nicht drum kümmert - dafür 1 Punkt - also 3 insgesamt. Dragi and Pauli as trainers are competent, friendly and in a good mood, pay attention to personal 'construction sites' and are masters of motivation :) 5 points. Unfortunately, it looks different upstairs in the studio. Of four cardio machines, three are more or less defective (one does not work at all, 2 with annoying running noise) and the fourth communicates only in English - it could be much better. The e-gym devices are great, the associated independence is great - only what does that bring. Would be equipment if the boss doesn't care - for 1 point - so 3 in total.
D	Dani B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die beiden Trainerinnen sind TOP, sehr kompetent und freundlich. Jedoch bei der "Geschäftsleitung" und seiner "Assistentin" scheitert es ziemlich. Sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten, sind nicht mal fähig die Abbucher richtig einzustellen, also braucht ihr euch nicht über doppelte Abbuchungen im Monat wundern ;-). Wie gesagt bis auf die Geschäftsleitung ein super Studio! The two trainers are TOP, very competent and friendly. However, the "management" and his "assistant" fail pretty well. Very unprofessional behavior, are not even able to set up the direct debits correctly, so you do not need to be surprised about double debits per month ;-). As I said, except for the management a great studio!
