Da werden einfach Rechnungskonditionen ohne Zustimmung des Kunden verändert und auf Intervention bekommt man als Antwort "Ich schreibe die Rechnung nicht nochmal um, das ist mir zu viel Aufwand". Wenn mans eskalieren lässt, wird einfach kurzfristig der Mietvertag gekündigt. Can only advise, as this company makes a mess about its customers. Since invoice conditions are changed without the consent of the customer and on intervention you get as an answer "I do not rewrite the bill again, that's too much effort". If you escalate, the rental contract will be terminated shortly.

Die Homepage war überzeugend, weshalb ich die mir bislang nicht bekannte Firma gewählt habe. Information, Planung, Vorbereitung mit Besichtigung der Örtlichkeiten, Organisation und Durchführung vorbildlich! We needed 2 containers to store the house inventory during the renovation. Wollten Wohn-Container kaufen und wurden zwar im erst Gespräch gut beraten und der Plan wurde besprochen, jedoch kam von der Firma nichts mehr danach! Ich musste mich 4 mal!!! beschweren, darauf kam endlich mal eine E-mail als Antwort, mit einem komplett falschen Plan der nicht besprochen wurde und einer faulen Ausrede!! Nach der Bitte um die Korrektur des Planes kam bis heute einfach nichts mehr!! Keinen Cent würde ich dieser Firma je bezahlen aber anscheinend haben sie es auch nicht nötig so wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird! Very bad company or very bad staff!!
