★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Beratung, Toller Service von Anfang bis Ende. Typische Bau"probleme" wurden kompetent und rasch beseitigt - auch außerhalb der üblichen Geschäftszeiten. Von der Abwicklung mit dem Behörden/Grundbuch habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Wurde alles seitens der Firma selbständig erledigt. Auf Änderungswünsche wurde immer rücksichtig genommen. Hatte nie das Gefühl, das mir etwas angedreht wurde, trotzdem wurde ich bei jeder Entscheidung beratend unterstützt.
War mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden.
 Great advice, great service from start to finish. Typical construction "problems" were resolved competently and quickly - even outside normal business hours. From the settlement with the authorities / land register I did not notice. Everything was done independently by the company. Change requests were always taken into account. I never had the feeling that something was turned on me, but I was always advised in every decision.
Was very satisfied with the price / performance ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde nie wider mit alfa bau bauen. Schlechte und falsche Beratung. Keine kosten Übersicht (nachträglich viele versteckte kosten). Sehr schlimm war das kein Wille da ist um Baufehler zu beheben.
Mussten nachträglich sehr viel GELD, Zeit und Nerven aufbringen um eine Abnahme zu bekommen.
Heizung ist immer wider ausgefallen, mussten nach 3 Jahren alles rausreisen und von einer Fachfirma neu machen über 30.000 € für Katz. Schade um das ganze Geld wo man sein ganzes Leben gespart hat
Would never build again with alfa bau. Bad and wrong advice. No cost overview (many hidden costs afterwards). It was very bad that there was no will to fix construction errors.
Had to spend a lot of MONEY, time and nerves afterwards to get a decrease.
Heating has always failed, had to travel everything out after 3 years and make a new one over € 30,000 for Katz. Too bad for all the money where you have saved your whole life
