We are in Carinthia relatively often, a visit to Kosta is now a must. A must for all those with a sweet tooth and those who will become one.

(plus Beschimpfung und rassistische Äußerungen)! Diese Firma bekommt keinen Cent mehr von mir! 1 Stern ist sogar zuviel Extremely primitive boss, treats her staff as if they were animals. I wanted to buy something in the city arcades. She said to me for no reason I should leave. (plus abuse and racist remarks)! This company doesn't get a cent more from me! 1 star is even too much

Ich habe letztes Jahr einen Gutschein dieser konditorei bekommen und mich auch sehr darüber gefreut, jedoch als ich den Gutschein einlösen wollte hat mir die chefin diesen nicht entgegen genommen obwohl der gutschein kein Ablaufsdatum hatte. Mit den Worten sie nimmt diesen Gutschein nicht mehr an und ich habe ganz einfach Pech. Erst nach einem besuch beim Konsumentenschutz war Frau Koster bereit mir meinen Gutschein einzulösen. Vor Ort wurde ich dann auch noch mit einer aggressiven Art angeschrien. Die Angestellten wurde ebenfalls blöd von der Seite angemacht währenddessen ich im Geschäft war. Schade das man mindestsns einen Stern geben muss The boss has a catastrophic way of dealing with customers and employees. I got a voucher from this pastry shop last year and was also very happy about it, but when I wanted to redeem the voucher, the boss didn't accept it even though the voucher had no expiry date. With the words she no longer accepts this voucher and I am simply unlucky. Only after visiting consumer protection was Ms. Koster ready to redeem my voucher. On site I was then shouted at with an aggressive manner. The clerk was also stupidly turned on by the side while I was in the shop. Too bad that you have to give at least one star
