H	Heinz Pfaffinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigenartig. Ich bekam eine allerletzte Mahnung mit 800 Prozent Aufschlag für einen ursprünglichen Rechnungsbetrag von einer ungenannte Firma. Werde weitere Urgenzen anstellen und dann diese Firma anzeigen. Inzwischen weiß ich mehr. Es handelt sich um eine Onlinebestellung die ich im Shop von Hervis umgetauscht und dort bar bezahlt habe. Alektum will trotz diesem Wissen den weit überhöhten Betrag von mir und dass obwohl sie jederzeit mahnen oder mich verständigen hätten können. Alle Daten von mir sind dort bekannt. Es erscheint mir dass diese Firma sich spezialisiert hat kurzen Prozess zu machen. Hervis hat mir geraten nicht zu bezahlen und werden sich dieses Problems annehmen. Ich bin auch gespannt wie sich das auf meine Bonität auswirkt. Stichwort Eintrag beim Kreditschutzverband. Wenn nicht alle meine Einträge gelöscht werden gibt es Klagen bis die schwarz werden. Ich bekam eine Antwort auf meine Mails und und am Telefon war man zuvorkommend. Vermutlich reichten meine Argumente auch bloß The company seems to me to be working properly. Das ist eine Masche von der Firma. Werde mit den Unterlagen zur Polizei gehen und eine Anzeige machen, das was sie da machen ist nicht korrekt. Frechheit, die Menschen in die Irre führen und Forderungen senden.. Aktuelles Datum zum Zeitpunkt der Ausstellung der Mahnung. Rechnungs- und Lieferscheinnummer. Höhe der ausstehenden Zahlung. Fälligkeitsdatum der ursprünglichen Rechnung. Höhe der Verzugszinsen inkl. Also von mir bekommt ihr kein geld solange ich nicht weis wenn ich überhaupts geld schulde diese firma schickt mir alle 3 monate eine mahung aber der gläubiger wird nie genannt das ist rechtswiedrig bin auch schon am überlegen ob ich nicht einen rechtsanwalt einschalte Seems to be a scam otherwise they would call the believer For a reminder to be legally valid, the following must be included: Name, address, company name of the obligee and the debtor. Zalando hat mir nun offiziell auch per Mail bestätigt, dass bereits alles bezahlt und ausgeglichen ist. Also Finger weg von den E-Mail. Attention FAKE, I called Zalando to see if there are any amounts open on my account. Zalando has now officially confirmed to me by email that everything has already been paid for and balanced. So stay away from the email.

Ich weiß ganz genau das ich nirgends eine offene nicht bezahlte Rechnung habe. Ich bezahle immer per Überweisung oder mit Kreditkarte. Auf die Emails kann man nicht mal antworten.. Fake Konto! Finger weg von dieser Gruppe und auf gar keiner Fall was einzahlen. Ein e mail noch von dieser angeblicher finanzgruppe und ich werde einen Rechtsanwalt einschalten! Attention rip off!! You can't even reply to the emails.. Fake account! Stay away from this group and under no circumstances pay anything. Another e-mail from this alleged financial group and I will hire a lawyer!
