★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Glaser findet es nicht der Mühe wert eine Kundenberatung im Wiener Bereich wahrzunehmen. Die Auswahl für die Balkonerrichtung wird wohl auf eine andere Firma fallen.
Mr. Glaser does not think it is worth the effort to take a customer service in the Viennese area. The choice for the balcony construction will probably fall on a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat eine Woche keine Zeit um einen Termin zu vereinbaren!Nach urgieren bei Zentrale kam einige Minuten später ein Rückruf.... von einer Dame vom Unternehmen Glaser. Das Gespräch begann mit Vorwürfen statt mit einem Guten Tag ! Die Unterhaltung würde umgehend von mir beendet. Find solch ein Verhalten als frech!! Anderes Unternehmen mit Anfangsbuchstaben B. hat Termin, Ausmessen und Angebot in einer Woche erledigt.
Has no time to make an appointment for a week! After urging the head office, a few minutes later a callback came ... from a lady from the Glaser company. The conversation started with reproaches instead of a good day! I would end the conversation immediately. Find such behavior as naughty !! Another company with the first letter B. completed the appointment, measurement and offer in one week.
