The website says "Im Frühjahr 2017 wurden die Steinbrüche Klöch, Oberhaag, Radlpass und Hafning sowie das Betonwerk Halbenrain mit dem Kieswerk Sicheldorf von der ALAS Baustoff-Holding übernommen und in der neu gegründeten ALAS Klöch GmbH zusammengefasst. Der Firmensitz wird weiterhin im Hauptwerk Klöch bleiben."
