Nachdem bei unserem AL-KO Rasenmäher (gekauft bei HOFER) der Tankverschluss verloren ging, bekam ich einen neuen Tankdeckel SOFORT und GRATIS zugeschickt. :-)
Der Lagerleiter kannte das Problem (eine Schwachstelle in der Konstruktion des Motorenherstellers BRIGGS & STRATTON, nicht von AL-KO) und hatte einen - konstruktiv verbesserten - Tankdeckel (mit Plastik-Spreiz-Anker im Tank, so dass er nicht mehr verloren gehen kann) vorrätig.
Die Abwicklung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, obendrein gratis. Besser geht es nicht. Vorbildlich.

After the tank cap on our AL-KO lawnmower (bought at HOFER) was lost, I received a new tank cap IMMEDIATELY and FREE of charge. :-)
The warehouse manager knew the problem (a weak point in the construction of the engine manufacturer BRIGGS & STRATTON, not from AL-KO) and had a - structurally improved - tank cap (with a plastic expanding anchor in the tank so that it can no longer be lost) available.
The process was very friendly and uncomplicated, and free of charge. It couldn't be better. Exemplary.
