I’ve got my two cats from there. Super friendly staff!

Location: far away from the city centre and all the noise of the city, with lots of green areas surrounding the premises. Staff: very friendly and passionate about the animals being taken care of. Experience: we visited them to get to know a dog we would like to adopt, as we found him on their webpage. So the dogs guardian introduced us to the dog Sammy and accompanied us for a walk through their own massiv garden (it felt like 6 football fields). After like 5 Minutes walking, we stopped and kind of let the dog get to know us by petting him and let him properly sniff on us. After this she gave me the leash and we kept walking for like 25 minutes. As Sammy is having some issues with the presence of other dogs, she told us right away to avoid any bad surprises. I felt very comfortable and nicely supervised, which gave me lots of comfort. Next steps: this organisation wants to make sure that it is the right fit between you and your new pet. So I'll have to come a couple more times, for Samny to gain some trust. After that the dog will be living 'test-wise' for a couple of weeks. The organisation will also come and check out if your home is suitable for the animal. All in all I had a really good impression of this serious organisation and I feel happy for the rescued animals to have the chance being safed by them.

Excellent facilities. The rescued animals are definitely well taken cared of while they wait for their forever homes.
