Aktivcamping Montafon

Es hat mir hier überhaupt nicht gefallen, der WOMO Platz liegt direkt neben einem Umspannwerk, die Aussicht war eher etwas für Elektrotechniker , da kann das ja sehr amüsant sein, aber nicht für Leute die sich erholen wollen und die Natur genießen. Lustig daran war auch noch, dass plötzlich die Sicherung gefallen war und ein sehr unfreundlicher Platzwart mürrisch , frech und erst nach wiederholter Aufforderung die Ursache gefunden und behoben hat.Die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber allerdings muss man fürs Duschen extra bezahlen. Eine Entschuldigung des Platzwarts hätte ich erwartet, die blieb allerdings aus. Ich als WOMO Vielfahrer werde diesen Campinglatz nicht weiterempfehlen.

Super Campingplatz mit perfekter Lage. Platzwart Peter hat uns super empfangen und bei all unseren vielen Fragen und Anliegen, egal welcher Art, weitergeholfen. Extrem unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Das angrenzende Stromwerk ist uns auch direkt ins Auge gefallen (nicht übersehbar). Wir haben uns trotzdem für diesen Campingplatz entschieden, da die Lage perfekt und die Berge drum herum viel schöner als das Stromwerk sind. PETER. Wunderschöner und sehr sauberer, gepflegter Campingplatz. Äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter/ Betreiber. Man wird überaus herzlich empfangen und aufgenommen. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Besonders ruhiger und äußerst sauberer Campingplatz. Ideal gelegen für sämtliche Aktivitäten im Montafon. Der Platzwart ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch. Auch die Reinigungsfeh ist sehr lustig und charmant. Also ich kann den Platz nur empfehlen.

Wij waren hier half oktober met onze toercaravan. Er waren niet veel plekken voor passanten zoals wij. Vrijwel alles was al bezet met winterklare kampeermiddelen. Gelukkig was er nog een mooi plekje voor ons niet ver van het toiletgebouw, dat was pas per november verhuurd. Evengoed is het raar om in een soort van leeg zeer dichtbebouwd dorpje van hutjes te staan. En in het licht van het geheel is dan de prijs van plm €45/nacht inclusief douchen eigenlijk te hoog.

Most friendly owner I came across during my travels. I had some technical issues with my camper but the owner helped me great!

Clean sanitary; grumpy groundkeeper; not an active camping: would not recommend for young adults. We stayed at Aktivcamping Montafon for four days. Although when we came the sign said they were full, the groundkeeper still found a place for our small tent which we greatly appreciated. The camping is situated nicely in between mountains and thus the view was really great. The sanitary was clean and the showers were great at the women’s place. The mens showers were a lot less luxury, and twice my partner put in 1 euro and the shower did not turn on. We did not get our money back. This camping is called ‘Aktivcamping’ so before we went there we got the impression that it would be an active and maybe youthful camping. However, this was not true at all. There were no facilities for activities except for a common area, with only chairs and tables and a few games and vending machines, where no one ever really went and the lights were turned off from about 8/9 pm, unable to turn back on. There also was a sort of childrens small wooden playhouse on the campsite but this was locked throughout our entire stay. The youthful part was also not true, because we were basically the only young people staying there. The rest of the people on this camping all had massive campers and built-in houses next to them, including big couches and flatscreen tv’s. Not as ‘active’ as the camping name suggests. They were all of older age and didn’t seem to leave their campers often. So I would not recommend going here as a young adult between 20-35 since you’ll find yourself bored and out of things to do quite quick on this campsite. We also found that the groundkeeper was very hard to find or to reach whenever we had a problem, and when we did speak to him he came off as quite unfriendly, grumpy and annoyed. One time when we were sitting in the common area, the groundkeeper came in, turned off the lights and went away again. Another time when we tried to put an euro in the showers and the shower did not turn on, we called him for help and his answer was that he does not live on the campsite and thus could not help us. When we wanted to extend our stay, he seemed very unwilling to do so. We did not feel welcome at all on this campsite and did not understand why. In conclusion; this is not a very bad camping, but it is not at all fitting for young adults and its name suggests that this campsite is more than it actually is. I would not recommend it.
