That was a joke, I couldn't find anyone at the address and the cell phone number didn't work.

Keine Preisauskunft telefonisch und keine Rechnung.
Freundlich aber überteuert.
PS: Mitarbeiter hatte 100€ - Schein als Wechselgeld mit ...
Requested € 160 for closed door on weekends. With a "discount" I had to pay only 140 €.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wegen einer zugefallenen Tür mit drin gestecktem Schlüssel mussten wir uns an einem Samstag Mittags um einen Aufsperrdienst kümmern. Am Telefon wurde uns auch sofort auf Nachfrage ein all-inclusive Fixpreis genannt, der auch noch recht deutlich niedriger war als bei anderen Aufsperrdiensten in der Gegend. Der Herr war in 20min da und alles klappte wie abgesprochen. Kann über den Service nicht klagen, auch wenn der Grund für die Inanspruchnahme natürlich sehr ärgerlich ist.
Because of a slammed door with a key stuck in it, we had to take care of an unlocking service on a Saturday at noon. On the phone, when we asked, we were immediately given an all-inclusive fixed price, which was also quite significantly lower than with other unlock services in the area. The gentleman was there in 20 minutes and everything went as agreed. Can't complain about the service, even if the reason for using it is of course very annoying.
