★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplett unfreundliche Beratung, kein Service es heißt die Bestellungen kommen in 2 Wochen, aus diesen 2 Wochen werden bei euch automatisch 2 Monate. Wenn dann wenigstens die Beratung halbwegs in Ordung und freundlich wäre aber nein. Schade dass es keine 0 Sterne gibt:/
 Completely unfriendly advice, no service, it means the orders will come in 2 weeks, these 2 weeks automatically become 2 months for you. If the advice were at least halfway in order and friendly, but no. It's a shame that there are no 0 stars: /

Mann merkt schon dass sie sehr viel zu tun haben und einen Termin muss mann vorrab machen aber es ist verständlich : Profesionalität braucht halt seine Zeit ! Preise sind fair und mann bekommt auch eine Erklärung warum und welche Arbeiten gemacht werden und dass ist ein risieges Plus für mich. Mike ist sehr nett und nimmt sich die Zeit Fragen zu beantworten. Ich werde auch meine Maschine hier bringen.
Bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle es gerne weiter !
I found my workshop!
You can tell that you have a lot to do and you have to make an appointment in advance, but it's understandable: Professionalism takes time! Prices are fair and you also get an explanation of why and what work is being done and that is a risky plus for me. Mike is very nice and takes the time to answer questions. I'll bring my machine here too.
I am very satisfied and would like to recommend it to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit ca.10 Jahren Kunde, mit meiner Piaggio mp3 400 (51000 km) beim Mike. Sehr gute Beratung bei Reifen (Heidenau, es gibt KEINE besseren) und bei der Variomatik (Polini oder Malossi). Hier ist noch ein richtiger Schrauber am Werk.
I've been a customer with my Piaggio mp3 400 (51000 km) at Mike for about 10 years. Very good advice on tires (Heidenau, there are NO better ones) and on variability (Polini or Malossi). Here is a real screwdriver at work.

Mundschutz auf, Mindestabstand eingehalten und trotzdem freundlich und kompetent beraten! Half auch noch schnell die Maschine auf den Hänger zu verladen. Danke nochmals.... MFG Familie Opel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr ehrliche und vertrauensvolle Werkstatt! Ich habe bei meinem Audi den Zahnriemen wechseln lassen inkl. großen Kundendienst durchführen lassen. Das störenden Geräusch wurde selbstständig zusätzlich entfernt. Hier merkt man einfach, daß der Meister noch Erfahrung im Beruf hat. EINFACH TOP!!!!!!!!!WEITER SO!!!!!!!!!
Very honest and trustworthy workshop! I had the timing belt changed on my Audi, including a large customer service. The annoying noise was also removed independently. Here you just notice that the master still has experience in his job. SIMPLY TOP !!!!!!!!! CONTINUE SO !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Werkstatt mit super Service. Sehr kompetenter Ansprechpartner. Man merkt dass hier ein Kfz Meister seine Arbeit verrichtet. Mein Auto wurde professionell repariert und das zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Man merkt dass die viel Arbeit haben und somit muss man sich rechtzeitig um einen Termin kümmern. Mit etwas Organisationstalent ist das aber kein Thema. Ich werde in Zukunft dort auch mein Motorrad machen lassen. Danke für den tollen Service.
Very good workshop with great service. Very competent contact person. You can tell that a master mechanic is doing his job here. My car was professionally repaired and at a really fair price. You can tell that they have a lot of work and so you have to make an appointment in good time. But with a little organizational talent, that's not an issue. I will also have my motorcycle made there in the future. Thanks for the great service.
