Wenn ein Bewerber Zeit investiert wäre es nicht zu viel verlangt sich eine Minute Zeit zu nehmen um per Mail oder telefonisch abzusagen. Vielen Dank auch! Die AKM ist eine Institution mit Handschlagqualität und pflegt einen sehr achtsamen Umgang mit Mitarbeiter/Innen und Bewerber/Innen. Es erfolgte zumindest eine telefonische Absage bzw. hat Herr Bach von sich aus abgesagt, weil sein Wunschgehalt über dem Angebot der AKM lag, welche mit den AKM-Gebühren zugunsten der von ihr vertretenen Künstlern und Musikern sparsam umgehen muss. As a recruiting partner of the AKM, I have to oppose yesterday's evaluation by Andreas Bach! The AKM is an institution with handshake quality and maintains a very attentive approach to employees and applicants. There was at least one telephone cancellation or Mr Bach has canceled by himself, because his desired salary was above the offer of the AKM, which must deal sparingly with the AKM fees in favor of its represented artists and musicians.
