Nach dem der Verkäufer bei einer Dame gepralt hat was er für ein toller Personenschützer ist kamm ich an die Reihe. Kurze Antwort das Ladegerät Haben und bestellen wir nicht, schau selber bei Conrad. Da frage ich mich warum die eine Conrad Vertretung haben. I was in the shop and was interested in a battery charger. After the seller coined what a great bodyguard he is for a lady, it was my turn. Short answer the charger we do not have and order, have a look at Conrad. I wonder why they have a Conrad representative.

Ich hatte einen Garantiefall und sie haben alle möglichen Ausreden gefunden,um sich nicht darum kümmern zu müssen. Zu guter Letzt wollen sie den Akku nun nicht zurückgeben! I have not experienced such bad customer service in a long time. Attention, don't buy here at all! I had a warranty case and they found all sorts of excuses not to have to worry about it. Finally, they don't want to return the battery now!

Der Tauschakku war billiger als der Originalakku und hält nun doppelt so lang! Ich kann Akku Mäser jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Very friendly and very competent. My special battery was assembled and replaced in a very short time by a camera device. The replacement battery was cheaper than the original battery and now lasts twice as long! I can recommend cordless cutters at any time!

D. am Verkaufspult (den Namen kann ich aus Datenschutzgründen nicht nennen) ist sehr kompetent und Kundenorientiert. Ich werde meine Batterien ab sofort, und auch alle meine Söhne, dort kaufen.
