★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich im Internet einen Baugrund zum Privatverkauf angeboten habe, hat mich Hr. Mag. Kriessmann interessiert kontaktiert und telefonisch einen Termin mit mir vereinbart. Er ist ohne abzusagen nicht zum Treffpunkt erschienen und hat auch auf einen Anruf meinerseits am selben Abend bis dato nicht reagiert. Weiters habe ich eine nicht für mich bestimmte Nachricht, in der mein Baugrund erwähnt wurde, von ihm erhalten.
Das ist höchst unprofessionell und respektlos.
Somit kommt für mich eine Zusammenarbeit mit AIS Immoservice nicht in Frage.
 After I offered a building plot for private sale on the Internet, Mr. Mag. Kriessmann contacted me with interest and made an appointment with me by phone. He did not show up at the meeting point without canceling and has not yet responded to a call from me on the same evening. I also received a message from him that was not intended for me in which my building site was mentioned.
That is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
So for me, a collaboration with AIS Immoservice is out of the question.
