★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airport Taxi | Travel Taxi Innsbruck gave me a good feeling. For a ski-weekend I wanted to have things going the right way, and from the start tot the end they serviced me correctly.
Reservation was easy, the confirmation came shortly after. At the airport we recognised the driver instantly. He was (and I suppose he is) cool. For our return trip he was on the right place, in time. Had a nice conversation with the driver in english, later in German on my request.
Next time I am going into Austria, I know which transfer service to book!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t recommend them enough! We used them on a roundtrip skiing trip from Innsbruck to Ischgl. Very punctual, fantastic customer service, timely and precise replies and very responsive. Drivers were professional, helpful and kind. Everything was exactly as planned and they were very flexible to last minute changes.
When hours later our return flight got cancelled and diverted to another airport (in a different country btw, e.g MUC ) we found ourselves needing emergency transportation. At midnight (!) on a Saturday night, they confirmed my booking instantly and were helpful and prompt over the phone line. They had arranged everything timely and we arrived safely for our flight next morning.
I have rarely seen so much professionalism and great customer support as with them. Highly recommended, well deserved 5-stars.
