★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte bei der Inbetriebnahme des neu gekauften Airstar Kompressors Probleme und habe mich direkt an die Firma Aircraft, als Hersteller des Kompressor gewandt.
Nach kurzer Schilderung meines Anliegens bei der Vermittlung wurde ich umgehend an die entsprechende Stelle weitergeleitet. Dank der fachlichen Kompetenz von Herr Kammerer wurde mein Problem durch zwei Telefonate geklärt und auch gelöst. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege bei Herrn Kammerer für seine Hilfe und Unterstützung herzlich bedanken. Der Fehler lag, sowie von ihm vermutet nicht am Kompressor sondern an der Kraftstromzuleitung zum Gerät.
I had problems commissioning the newly purchased Airstar compressor and contacted Aircraft, the manufacturer of the compressor, directly.
After briefly describing my concern with the placement, I was immediately forwarded to the appropriate office. Thanks to the professional competence of Mr. Kammerer, my problem was clarified and also solved through two phone calls. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Kammerer for his help and support. The fault, as he suspected, was not due to the compressor but to the power supply to the device.
