★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider werden Termine nicht eingehalten bzw auch nicht rechtzeitig abgesagt. Es wurde ein Termin für 09:00 ausgemacht. Auf Rückfrage um 09:30 und einem weiteren Anruf um 14:00 wurde ich vertröstet, dass man sich bald zurückmeldet, der Mitarbeiter stecke noch in Terminen fest. Es ist 16:00 Uhr, bis jetzt habe ich keinen Anruf erhalten geschweige denn einen Ersatztermin angeboten bekommen. Schade, ein unseriöses und leider auch sehr unhöfliches Verhalten.
 Unfortunately, appointments are not kept or canceled in good time. An appointment was made for 09:00. When asked at 9:30 a.m. and another call at 2:00 p.m., I was put off that they would be back soon, the employee was still stuck on appointments. It's 4:00 p.m., so far I haven't received a call, let alone been offered an alternative appointment. It's a shame, a dubious and unfortunately very rude behavior.
