V	Vari ana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Putzfrau wurde mir als nicht deutsch, aber dafür Englisch sprechend vorgestellt. In Wahrheit konnte sie nur wenige Worte Englisch, sie hat kaum einen Satz gesprochen oder verstanden. Dadurch musste ich mühsam alles mehrmals erklären und vorzeigen oder eine Dolmetscherin anrufen. Sie hat auch nicht zugegeben, wenn sie etwas nicht verstanden hat, wodurch sie oft Sachen falsch oder gar nicht gemacht hat, oder sie hat Sachen eingeräumt, wo sie nicht hingehören und wo ich sie nicht gefunden habe. Einmal wollte sie mir mehr Geld abnehmen als ausgemacht. Trotz mehrmaligen Feedbacks habe ich nie eine Entschuldigung oder eine andere Putzfrau oder eine Ermäßigung bekommen, 20 € pro Stunde finde ich viel dafür, dass so oft etwas falsch lief. Aber immerhin, wenn sie geputzt hat, dann gründlich und schnell und sie war auch verlässlich und pünktlich da. Die erste Putzfrau dieser Firma konnte auch gut Deutsch und da hat alles gepasst, dieser hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben. My cleaning lady was introduced to me as not German, but speaking English. In truth, she only knew a few words of English, she hardly spoke or understood a sentence. As a result, I had to laboriously explain and show everything several times or call an interpreter. She also didn't admit when she didn't understand something, which often made her do things wrong or not at all, or she admitted things where they didn't belong and where I didn't find them. Once she wanted to take more money from me than agreed. Despite multiple feedbacks I never got an apology or another cleaning lady or a discount, €20 an hour I find a lot for going wrong so often. But at least when she cleaned, it was thorough and quick, and she was there reliably and punctually. The first cleaning lady from this company was also good at German and everything was fine, I would have given her 5 stars.
