★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die eine Bedienung heute Nachmittag ist unfreundlich, um nicht zu sagen fast aggressiv. Man kann ja mal einen schlechten Tag haben, aber das war bei der einen Bedienung heute nicht das erste Mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Aida in Gersthof wird man von zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen bedient. Auch im größten Trubel sind sie immer freundlich und sie beraten die Gäste immer sehr gut. Als Stammkunde kann ich mich immer darauf verlassen meinen Kaffee so zu bekommen wie ich ihn wünsche. Ich gehe immer gerne in die Aida Gersthof.
In the Aida in Gersthof you will be served by courteous and friendly staff. Even in the hustle and bustle, they are always friendly and they always give the guests very good advice. As a regular customer, I can always rely on getting my coffee the way I want it. I always like going to the Aida Gersthof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Aida in Gersthof gehe ich gerne ein Café trinken und eine Toast essen. Das Essen hat eine Top Qualität und ist immer frisch und lecker, deswegen esse ich dort immer gerne. Auch wenn viele Kunden da sind, nehmen sich die Kellner/innen viel Zeit für jeden einzelnen und man wird rechtzeitig bedingt.
I like going to the Aida in Gersthof for a coffee and toast. The food is of top quality and is always fresh and delicious, which is why I always enjoy eating there. Even if there are a lot of customers, the waiters take their time with each one and you will be called in good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and products are adorable and really appeal to those that kind pink but the service is absolutely horrible.
I didn't know that a waitress would scoff when I tried to order something that was on the menu but had to be purchased separately at the counter. One cup of coffee took 15 minutes.
As I was leaving and making my way out, the same woman decided it would be a good idea to shove Mr to the side to get past me. I was helping my mum who has trouble walking get past a step.
Terrible.
Coffee looked great. McCafe tastes better.
