Absolut unfreundliche, unverlässliche und inkompetente Firma. Nicht nur dass erst nach Monaten ein Termin gefunden werden konnte, so wurde nach langem, mir nichts dir nichts ein Termin für den nächsten Tag ausgemacht, wobei selbstverständlich die beteiligten Mieter nicht vor Ort sein konnten. Durch dieses stümperhafte Vorgehen entstand ein Schaden (2 Stockwerke eingestaubt mit feinem Ziegelstaub). Nach mehrmaligem Klärungsversuch (Firma hat sich nie zurück gemeldet) dann der letzte Anruf meinerseits. Der Herr am Telefon sagt, nachdem ich eine Klärung des Schadens erwarte... Schauen's das ist mir jetzt egal! Und legt auf. Ich kann nur davon abraten so eine Firma zu beauftragen und ich werde auch die Zentrale von diesem Mitarbeiter verständigen, denn so verhält man sich nicht gegenüber einem Kunden.

Absolutely unfriendly, unreliable and incompetent company. This bungling action caused damage (2 floors dusted with fine brick dust). After several attempts to clarify (company has never reported back) then the last call on my part. The gentleman on the phone says, after I expect a clarification of the damage ... Look it does not matter to me now! And hang up. I can only advise against such a company to commission and I will also contact the head office of this employee, because this is not the case with a customer.
