Ein Anruf bei der super freundlichen (kostenlosen) Hotline, dann den richtigen Sensor zugeschickt bekommen und die Rückabwicklung des falschen Artikels wurde auch einwandfrei durchgeführt. TOP! Sehr empfehlenswert!
We are very satisfied! Have ordered from the online store, unfortunately, picked out by us the wrong item at AGRIS a sensor. A call to the super friendly (free) hotline, then get the right sensor sent and the reversal of the wrong item was also carried out properly. TOP! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ersatzteil bestellt - riesige Sache.Keiner Zuständig, soll höhere Kosten in Kauf nehmen obwohl alles recht einfach - fühlt sich nur keiner für zuständig. Mitarbeiter machen am Telefon wenig motivierten Eindruck, schon fast pampig. Erster und letzter Kauf. Artikel funktioniert.
Ordered a spare part - huge thing. No one responsible, should accept higher costs although everything is quite simple - just nobody feels responsible. Employees seem less than motivated on the phone, almost sloppy. First and last purchase. Article works.
