Daraufhin habe ich die Firma Agre Kontaktiert um den auf der Homepage versprochenen 24h Service in Anspruch zu nehmen. Leider wurde ich nur dreist abgewimmelt und musste den 140kg Kompressor selber zurück in den Fachhandel bringen und einen Monat auf die Reparatur warten. Leider sehr ärgerlich und mühselig bei einem Nagelneuen Markengerät Nachtrag: nach 2 Monaten die erste undichtigkeit am Kessel. Ich bereue jeden Cent und Nerv den mir dieser Kompressor schon gekostet hat. As a private customer, I bought an Agre Twister 4800d from a specialist retailer. Die Navigation ist eine Katastrophe. Sie ist vollgestopft mit sinnlosen Marketingsprüchen ohne jegliche Substanz. Außerdem finden man keinerlei Detailinformation über spezifische Modelle (Manuals, etc.). Des Weiteren kommt noch hinzu, dass bei meinen beiden Kompressoren eine CD/DVD mit der Anleitung belag. Startet man diese muss man die Modell- und Seriennummer des Geräts eingeben um zur rudimentären Anleitung zu gelangen. Diese Abfrage funktioniert nicht ohne Internetverbindung! Mir entzieht sich echt die Sinnhaftigkeit eine CD/DVD beizulegen, wenn dann sowieso aufs Internet zugegriffen werden muss. I generally find Agre's products to be good. However, the homepage of Agre is a guarantee that a homepage shouldn't be. Navigation is a disaster. It is full of pointless marketing slogans devoid of any substance. If you start this you have to enter the model and serial number of the device to get to the rudimentary instructions. This query does not work without an internet connection! I really don't think it makes sense to enclose a CD / DVD if the internet has to be accessed anyway.
