Binnen eines Tages wurde telefonisch Entwarnung gegeben, das Insekt war harmlos. Sehr freundliches, kompetentes und entgegenkommenden Service! I was concerned about a pest infestation in the house and had emailed a picture of the suspicious crawly animal for identification. Within a day the all-clear was given by telephone that the insect was harmless. Very friendly, competent and accommodating service!
