Liebes Afreshed Team, entgegen Erfahrungen anderer User, hat bei mir alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Lieferung war am angekündigten Tag, exakt platziert vor meiner Haustüre. Die Qualität ist super und ich bin noch immer schockiert, dass diese Lebensmittel sonst entsorgt worden wären! Einzige "Pseudo-Kritik": Ich hatte eine Gemüse-Box bestellt und es waren auch Äpfel und Orangen mit dabei - EINE FREUDIGE UND SUPERLECKERE ÜBERRASCHUNG! ;-) Weiter so und ganz liebe Grüße, Melanie

Super Sache, bin sehr zufrieden mit der Box. Oft inspiriert mich der Inhalt neue Gerichte auszuprobieren und ich entdecke neue Gemüsesorten (Schwarzer Rettich z.B.!) Kann die Box wirklich empfehlen. Auch der Service ist telefonisch gut zu erreichen. Top Leistung für so ein junges Unternehmen!

Ich habe schon mehrmals die Retterbox bestellt, während meines Urlaubs problemlos pausiert. Ich bin begeistert. Schneller Support und insbesondere diese tolle und nachhaltige Mission werde ich auch in Zukunft gerne weiterhin unterstützen.

Super coole Idee, hab am Dienstag meine zweite Box erhalten. Zur ersten Box gab es eine Mail mit Infos zum Inhalt, bei der zweiten leider nicht(den Winter-Rettich konnte ich mit der Google Bildersuche bestimmen). Lieferung kommt direkt vor die Türe was sehr praktisch ist und ich erweitere durch den vielfältigen Inhalt meinen Horizont :)

Für alle unentschlossenen: Ich kenne viele Obst/Gemüse Kisterl von Firmen Bauern etc. Diese vermarkten eigene Produkte und liefern leider nicht in jedes Gebiet. Jedes Regionale Produkt hat seine Daseinsberechtigung versteht mich nicht falsch aber Lebensmittel die sonst auf dem Müll landen würden gehören gerettet PUNKT. Super Idee, super Umsetzung erste Bestellung diese Woche erhalten alles Bestens! Weiter so. Top Qualität und man kauft ein Stück Unterstützung und guten Willen mit :)

I am wondering if this company is a scam. They continued charging my account although I asked for the subscription to be cancelled, my money refunded and no goods to be delivered. I have asked this because they had not delivered anything for a long time, although I got information that goods would be delivered - it's been almost a month now and I have not received anything. Following my email, asking for all the above, they confirmed that my subscription is cancelled, that no further withdrawals are going to be made and that they need to identify the payment already made so that they can refund my money. This was somewhen last week/2 weeks ago. Yesterday evening (March 27) to my surprise, my bank account got charged again. I contacted my bank to help me stop all future charges from this company, only that this creates more problems and fees for me. If this company would add the CANCEL option on their website, nothing of rhis would happen. I minded they took my money the first time without delivering anything to this day, but to keep on charging my account (although they confirmed my subscription is cancelled) it is outrageous. I also wonder how is it possible and legal not to give your customers an option to CANCEL their subscription and when I mean 'an option' I mean to have implemented a CANCEL button. This for sure cannot be legal under the EU laws. In the end it is not about the money, it is about the rip off.

Even if, from time to time, little things go wrong, I am still an excited supporter of your project! You are a perfect example of ‚learning by doing‘ and I admire the spirit with which you continue to Sunrise me week after week. Congratulations for the work so far. Keep up the good work! We really enjoy our box! There's a great variety each week, and it feels so good to 'save' veggies and fruits that would normally go to waste. The delivery is SUPER, and the communication from the company is also great! They always keep us up to date every week. I would definitely recommend the box to any family looking to save time with their grocery shopping!
