F	Flo Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplett unzulässiger DHL Paketshop. Alles sehr unaufgeräumt und die größte Frechheit ist, dass die Öffnungszeiten nicht mit denen auf den Abholscheinen über. Shop macht erst um 10 auf, auch wenn 8 angegeben wird. Completely unacceptable DHL parcel shop. Everything is very cluttered and the biggest impudence is that the opening hours are not up to those on the pickup tickets. Shop opens at 10, even if 8 is specified.
G	Gunther Gamsjäger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falsche Öffnungszeiten! Hat nicht ab 10:00 offen sondern erst ab - keine Ahnung. Pakete werden auf alle Fälle erst ab 11.00 (vielleicht) bearbeitet. War umsonst heute kurz nach 10:00 dort. Incorrect opening times! Is not open from 10:00 but only from - I have no idea. In any case, parcels will only be processed after 11.00 (maybe). Was there for free shortly after 10:00 today.
C	Carry C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kooperation mit DHL und anderen Paketdienstleistern ist wirklich letztklassig. Alleine deshalb habe ich schon eine wahnsinnige Aversion gegen diesen Shop. Die paar Produkte die dort "verkauft" werden sind wohl nur die Deckung für andere Geschäft...wie das abgekaterte Spiel mit den Paketdienstleistern. Schade dass man einen Stern geben muss, dieser Shop hat gar keinen verdient. The cooperation with DHL and other parcel service providers is really last class. For that reason alone, I have an insane aversion to this shop. The few products that are "sold" there are probably only the cover for other business ... like the hangover game with the parcel service providers. It's a shame that you have to give a star, this shop doesn't deserve any.

Die Uhrzeiten übereinstimmen gar nicht, der Herr an der Kassa versteht und spricht kaum deutsch und die Kooperation mit GLS ist unterste Schublade, der Shop hat bis 19 Uhr offen aber Pakete kann man nur bis 18 Uhr abholen, wo ist der Sinn dahinter?! Selbst wenn man dort anruft, hebt ein Herr ab der kaum der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist. Wie soll man da gemeinsam kommunizieren? Eine einfache Entschuldigung hätte es schon angenehmer gemacht aber selbst das gibt's anscheinend nicht. Absolutely bad service. The times do not match at all, the man at the cash desk understands and hardly speaks German and the cooperation with GLS is the bottom drawer, the shop is open until 7 p.m. but you can only pick up parcels until 6 p.m., what's the point ?! Even if you call there, a gentleman will answer who is barely able to speak German. How should we communicate there together? A simple apology would have made it more pleasant, but even that doesn't seem to exist.

Pakete kann man nämlich nur von 11-18 Uhr abholen, obwohl der Shop bis 19 Uhr aufhat. Warum das so ist? ??‍♀️ The opening times are not right - at least not if you want to pick up a package. You can only pick up parcels from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., although the shop is open until 7 p.m. Why it is like that? ??‍♀️
