Sie werden ewig im Herzen weiterleben. Habe beide zu aevum zur letzten Ruhe gebracht. Kann nicht oft genug DANKE sagen, für die Leistung was das Team da vollbringt. Die Urne und ein Zertifikat überzeugten mich, dass meine große Liebe mit Respekt behandelt wurde. Das hat mir Frieden gebracht in dieser harten Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. I almost had the impression that my girl was known here. I left them with you with great confidence and a good feeling. The urn and a certificate convinced me that my great love was treated with respect. That brought me peace in these hard times. Thank you very much for that.
c	cosmic power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Menschen sind dort sehr empathisch, liebe und verständnisvoll. Die Urnenabholung ist auch wie Abgabe mit Ankündigung/Termin. Die Abholung ist sooooooo herzlich und privat gestaltet. Eventuell wenn man schon sehr früh weiss, dass man seine Fellnase loslassen muss, und man eine gewünschte Urne hat, nachfragen ob diese lagernd ist, ansonsten kann man diese frühzeitig bestellen, da (derzeit) lange Lieferzeiten sind. Ich Danke diesem Team von Herzen. The people there are very empathetic, loving and understanding. The urn collection is also like submission with an announcement / appointment. The collection is sooooooo warm and private. Maybe if you know very early that you have to let go of your fur nose and you have the urn you want, ask whether it is in stock, otherwise you can order it early because delivery times are (currently) long. I thank this team from the bottom of my heart.

Ich hätte mir nie vorgestellt ein Haustier einäschern zu lassen aber ich würde es nun immer wieder tun. Danke an die einfühlsamen Angestellten, die uns alles erklärt haben, das hat uns den Abschied sehr erleichtert. Our cat Xena has accompanied us for 15 years. Now we didn't leave her alone on her last journey. I would never have imagined having a pet cremated, but I would do it again and again. Thanks to the empathetic staff who explained everything to us, which made it a lot easier for us to say goodbye.
S	Sigi Wacker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals von Herzen bei all den Angestellten der Aevum Agentur besonders bei Patricia für Ihre mitfühlende Art bedanken. Leider durfte unser geliebter Chow Chow Aron nur zwei Jahre auf diesen Planeten verbringen. Er hat sich in der Nacht in den Hundehimmel verabschiedet. So haben wir um 3.00 Uhr bei Aevum angerufen, dort war sofort jemand am Telefon und uns wurde mit voller Anteilnahme jegliche Möglichkeit einer Verabschiedung erklärt. So haben wir unsern Aron von Wolfsberg nach Gleisdorf gebracht wo wir um 4.30 Uhr morgens schon erwartet wurden. Auch eine Abholung wurde uns angeboten. Frau Patricia hat uns dann alles mit so viel Einfühlungsvermögen erklärt. Das Abschiednehmen war sehr würdevoll. Bei der Urnenabholung war die Überraschung nicht minder, es ging sehr feierlich und doch besinnlich zu. Wir können dieser Aevum Agentur nur das allerbeste Zeugnis ausstellen. Unfortunately, our beloved Chow Chow Aron was only allowed to spend two years on this planet. He said goodbye to dog heaven that night. So we called Aevum at 3:00 a.m., someone answered the phone straight away and every possibility of saying goodbye was explained to us with full sympathy. So we brought our Aron from Wolfsberg to Gleisdorf, where we were expected at 4.30 in the morning. We were also offered a pickup. Ms. Patricia then explained everything to us with so much empathy. The farewell was very dignified. When the urn was picked up, the surprise was no less, it was very solemn and yet contemplative. We can only give this Aevum agency the very best testimony.
