★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz ok, Standard, was praktische Sachen und Kleinigkeiten anbelangt, (Kleiderhaken, Küchenkrepp, mehr Handtücher, ein aufgefülltes Spülmittel in der Küche) könnte erhöht werden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un apartamento decorado con mucho gusto, muy acogedor y facil de encontrar. La cama muy cómoda . Muy bien situado para ir a Viena y dejar el coche en el PARK & RIDE de Erdberg luego coges el metro que está ahí mismo y llegas al centro de Viena.
An apartment decorated with taste, very cozy and easy to find. The bed very comfortable. Very well located to go to Vienna and leave the car in the PARK & RIDE of Erdberg then you take the subway that is right there and you get to the center of Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartement, in einem exklusiven Vorort von Wien (ca. 20 Min.) entfernt. Es gibt einen Herd mit Backofen, TV, WC separat, Nespressomaschine und im Keller kann man kostenlos waschen und bügeln. Parken kann man kostenlos vor dem Haus, allerdings sollte man an der Ein- und Ausfahrt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, einen Spiegel anbringen, um den Verkehr von unten beim Rausfahren im Blick zu haben.
Das Geschirr ist mäßig, genau für 2 Personen, sodass man die Spülmaschine gar nicht nutzen kann. Es fehlt ein wenig an Basics wie, Nudelsieb, Schere, Schüsseln und Putzutensilien. Bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt möchte ich diese Dinge nicht extra kaufen müssen.
Dafür gibt es ein Starterpaket für die Nespressomaschine.
Alles in allem, gerne wieder!
It is a very nice apartment, located in an exclusive suburb of Vienna (about 20 min.). There is a stove with oven, TV, separate toilet, Nespresso machine and in the basement you can wash and iron for free. Parking is free in front of the house, but you should at the entrance and exit on the opposite side, attach a mirror in order to have the traffic from below when Rausfahren in view.
The dishes are moderate, exactly for 2 people, so you can not use the dishwasher. It lacks a bit of basics like, pasta strainer, scissors, bowls and cleaning utensils. At 10 days stay I do not want to buy these things extra.
There is a starter package for the Nespresso machine.
All in all, gladly again!

Modern furnishings, great view of Vienna on the top floor, very clean. Price / performance top. Absolutely to be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good looking and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Unfortunately this is where all the good things end.
Host was extremely inhospitable, he just gave us a set of instructions on how to enter the building and that's all. The rooms were not particularly clean (see photo). We stayed for 2 and a half days and there was no cleaner coming to the room and we were out of toilet paper and shampoo/soap. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, there is no basic things - for example no salt, no pepper, no oil to cook so we were forced to buy stuff and then leave it there.
But worst of all - one of the 2 bedrooms was with no heating. We asked the host for help - no reply. It was freezing cold outside and during the nights it wasn't very pleasant to sleep.
Overall, as with everything in Vienna - we did not feel like at home. Beautiful city but cold and ruthless people.
