Beim Durchgehen wurde ich ausnahmslos von allen Mitarbeitenden freundlich gegrüßt. Als ich ein paar Minuten am Weinregal stand und schaute, was es so gibt, kam ein freundlicher Herr und zeigte mir einen separaten Aufsteller mit weiteren Angeboten. Beim Bezahlen hatte die Kassiererin auch noch ein paar freundliche Worte Smalltalk. Ich erwarte keine Bespassung beim Einkaufen und will auch nich bedrängt werden. Ein bisschen Freundlichkeit darf trotzdem sein. Das wird hier super gemacht, hier könnten sich so einige Supermarkt-Beschäftigte was abschauen. I don't usually rate a supermarket. But this one has earned 5 *! While walking through, I was greeted warmly by all employees without exception. When I stood at the wine rack for a few minutes and looked at what was available, a friendly gentleman came and showed me a separate display with further offers. When paying, the cashier also had a few friendly words of small talk. I don't expect obsession with shopping and I don't want to be pressured either. A little friendliness is still allowed. It's done really well here, so some supermarket employees could learn something here.
