Ich hatte angerufen die Dame am telefon war merkbar genervt davon habe nachgefragt ob mein Paket schon da sei
Sie hat einfach mit nein geantwortet und nicht nach meinen Namen gefragt
Habe aber heute in der früh die email bekommen das es abholbereit sei
Eine bodenlose Frechheit
 Very rude staff
I had called the lady on the phone was noticeably annoyed and asked if my package was already there
She just answered no and didn't ask for my name
But I got the email in the morning that it was ready to be picked up
