★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Mitarbeiterin hat behauptet, mein Sohn (5 Jahre) hätte eine Packung aufgerissen. Das hat er vorher noch nie gemacht und er fing an zu weinen, weil man ihm nicht glauben wollte. Ich habe nicht gesehen, wie er an dem betreffenden Regal stehen geblieben sein soll.
Man erwartete von uns, die Packung zu kaufen. Ich habe den Eindruck, als hätten sie auf eine Familie mit Kindern gewartet, um den Lagerverlust quitt zu werden.
Das uns verkaufte Porto entspricht auch nicht dem erforderlichen Porto nach Deutschland. Hätten sich die Kartenempfänger schön über Nachporto gefreut.
An employee claimed that my son (5 years old) tore open a package. He's never done that before and he started crying because no one wanted to believe him. I didn't see how it should have stopped at the shelf in question.
We were expected to buy the pack. I have the impression that they have been waiting for a family with children to make up for the loss of inventory.
The postage sold to us does not correspond to the required postage to Germany. If the card recipient would have been happy about additional postage.
