Möbel wurden top verpackt und mir von dem freundlichen Personal sogar in den Transporter geladen. Ein Service der seinesgleichen sucht. Jederzeit gerne wieder! P	Philipp1503 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein sündhaft teures Boxspringbett inklusive genauso teurer Matratze der Firma ADA gekauft weil ich auf heimische Qualität setzen wollte und die österr. Wirtschaft unterstützen wollte. Nach nicht einmal zwei Monaten hatte die Matratze in der Mitte eine Mulde von 2cm. Für Beschwerden solle ich mich an den Verkäufer (KIKA) wenden. Dieser sendete einen Gutachter und befand „Das darf nicht sein...“. ADA hat den Testbericht bekommen, schickt selbst nochmal einen Gutachter (ich musste mir eine zweites Mal frei nehmen) und dieser befand „Das ist okay so laut der Firma“. Somit habe ich eine sündhaft teure Matratze die prinzipiell sehr gut war jedoch die Federn anscheinend zu schwach sind für meine 70kg. Kundenservice unter aller Kritik. Das Problem wurde nicht gelöst, die Mulde wurde weiterhin größer und dem österreichischen Qualitäts-Unternehmen ist das egal. Das nächste Mal gehe ich zum IKEA und kauf mir um das Geld 10 Jahre lang alle 4 Monate eine neue Matratze. I bought a sinfully expensive box spring bed including an equally expensive mattress from the company ADA because I wanted to rely on local quality and wanted to support the Austrian economy. After less than two months, the mattress had a 2cm depression in the middle. For complaints, I should contact the seller (KIKA). The latter sent an appraiser and said "That shouldn't be ...". ADA has received the test report and is sending another reviewer (me I had to take a second time off) and he said "That's okay, according to the company". So I have a sinfully expensive mattress that was basically very good, but the springs are apparently too weak for my 70kg. Customer service under all criticism. The problem was not solved, the trough continued to grow and the Austrian quality company doesn't care. The next time I go to IKEA and buy a new mattress every 4 months for 10 years.

Bei Beanstandungen meldet man sich per Mail gar nicht, auf Social Media erhält man keine hilfreichen Informationen und telefonisch macht man sich nicht mal die Mühe so zu tun als würde man helfen wollen. Wo ich mein nächstes Bett kaufe: 100% nicht bei Ada. Unfortunately, only the prices are premium here. If you have complaints, you don't even get in touch by email, you don't get any helpful information on social media and you don't even bother to pretend to help over the phone. Where to buy my next bed: 100% not from Ada.
