★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor mehreren Wochen eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Diese Bestellung sollte in 2 Wochen fertig sein. Nach 3,5 Wochen rief ich an, da ich bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nichts gehört habe. Versichert wurde mir bis Ende der Woche. Mittlerweile sind wir in der 7 Woche. Weder wurde ich informiert das es eine Verzögerung gibt, noch hat es sonst irgendeine Information gegeben. Und das für 6 kleine verklebte Plexiglasstücke. Die Arbeit kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich sie bis heute nicht gesehen habe. Bewertet wird hier ein Unternehmen, der Aufträge annimmt, in keinsterweise diese Umsetzen kann und dem der Kunde egal ist. Somit ist mein persönliches Fazit, lieber investier ich nächstes mal wo anders. Das beschert einen niedrigen Blutdruck und keine grauen Haare. Wobei ich dann wenigstens etwas davon hätte, wenn schon keine Ware.
 Placed an order several weeks ago. This order should be ready in 2 weeks. After 3.5 weeks I called because I hadn't heard anything up to that point. I was insured until the end of the week. We are now in the 7th week. I was not informed that there was a delay, nor was there any other information. And that for 6 small glued plexiglass pieces. I can't rate the work because I haven't seen it until today. A company is rated here that accepts orders, cannot implement them in any way and does not care about the customer. So my personal conclusion is that I prefer to invest somewhere else next time. This results in low blood pressure and no gray hair. Whereby at least I would have some of it if there were no goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit Hrn. Pitzingers Arbeit sehr zufrieden, hat zwar etwas länger gedauert als ursprünglich abgeschätzt, aber dafür ist die Acrylglas-Sonderanfertigung einwandfrei und von guter Qualität. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Jeder Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und wir werden Firma Pitzinger gerne weiterempfehlen.
I am very satisfied with Mr. Pitzinger's work, it took a little longer than originally estimated, but the custom-made acrylic glass is flawless and of good quality. The price-performance ratio is also right.
Every contact was always very friendly and we will be happy to recommend Pitzinger.
