Er war auf meine zuvor schriftlich gestellten Fragen ausgezeichnet vorbereitet und konnte auch alle meine spontanen Fragen ausführlich und zufriedenstellend beantworten. Seine Geduld bei meinen anfänglichen technischen Schwierigkeiten für die online-Video-Beratung weiß ich auch sehr zu schätzen. Ich hatte keineswegs das Gefühl, dass mir jemand etwas verkaufen möchte. Viel mehr fühlte ich mich gut aufgehoben, ehrlich beraten und fair behandelt. Und das alles noch bevor ich einen einzigen Cent investiert hatte. Hut ab, vor dieser professionellen, vorbildlich menschlichen Beratungsleistung! The advice from ACP was fantastic. The consultant was very competent not only professionally but also socially. He was excellently prepared for the questions I had previously asked in writing and was able to answer all my spontaneous questions in detail and satisfactorily. I also very much appreciate his patience with my initial technical difficulties for the online video consultation. In no way did I have the feeling that someone was trying to sell me something. I felt much more in good hands, honestly advised and treated fairly. And all of this before I had even invested a single cent. Hats off to this professional, exemplary human advisory service!

Ich hab mal ein iPad zur Reparatur gebracht und es war super fix wieder zum abholen bereit. Also ich kann nur empfehlen das wenn ihr ein Problem mit euren iPads habt Ruft sie an oder Schreibt :). I am very happy with the performance. The employees are very friendly and explain everything if you don't know your way around :). I once brought an iPad to be repaired and it was super ready to pick up again. So I can only recommend that if you have a problem with your iPad call or write :).
