★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine grosse, multikulturelle Siedlung (um die 3000 Einwohner, hab ich mal vor ein paar Jahren irgendwo gelesen) am Rande der Stadt Bregenz.
Die Mieten sind bezahlbar und dafür muss man nicht mal selber heizen :-)
Wohnen tut man hier für das Geld sehr konvortabel (finde ich) . 3 Stadtbushaltestellen, 1 fürn Landbus, 24h Tankstelle, Bäckerei, Türkisches Lebensmittelgeschäft, Lokal (Finale), Wettbüro mit Eisdiele und auch einen eigenen Kindergarten.
Wichtig auch, Sehr viel Grün, sie liegt direkt an der Ach, und auch der See ist nicht weit.
 A large, multicultural settlement (around 3000 inhabitants, I read somewhere a few years ago) on the outskirts of the city of Bregenz.
The rents are affordable and you don't even have to heat it yourself :-)
Living here is very convenient for the money (I think). 3 city bus stops, 1 for the country bus, 24-hour gas station, bakery, Turkish grocery store, pub (Finale), betting shop with ice cream parlor and also its own kindergarten.
Also important, a lot of green, it is right on the Ach, and the lake is not far.
