Let's do everything there for 8 years. Never had any reason to complain. Practical and uncomplicated process. For me the prices are fair.

s	schau ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine persönliche Meinung, bzw. mein persönliches Empfindnis über das erlebte Ereignis ist wie folgt: In erster Linie wurde mir Angst gemacht, es wäre zu gefährlich weiter zu fahren... Da ich kein Fachmann bin war es nicht schwer mich einzuschüchtern. Der vorher vereinbarte Fixpreis wurde kurz vor der Abholung angehoben wg defektem Stossdämpfer. Habe Preiserhöhung abgelehnt, Auto wurde 1 Woche länger behalten, Stossdämpfer ist nach wie vor defekt! Das Leihauto wurde ohne Vertrag bzw nähere Infos verliehen, als bei der Rückgabe ein kleiner Schaden (von dem ich nichts wusste) entdeckt wurde bestand man auf 500 Euro Selbstbehalt! Ratenvereinbarung, Beginn Jänner 2018. Am 18.1.2018 kam ein Brief vom Anwalt. Bitte holt euch zuerst eine zweite Meinung ein. Kurzer Zusatz: 1 Tag nach dieser Bewertung wird mir deswegen mit Anwalt bzw Klage gedroht. My personal opinion, or my personal feeling about the experienced event, is as follows: First and foremost, I was scared that it would be too dangerous to continue driving ... Since I'm not an expert, it wasn't difficult to intimidate me. The previously agreed fixed price was raised shortly before collection due to the defective shock absorber. Refused the price increase, the car was kept 1 week longer, the shock absorber is still defective! The rental car was lent without a contract or more information, when a small damage (which I didn't know about) was discovered when it was returned, they insisted on a deductible of 500 euros! Installment agreement, beginning of January 2018. On January 18, 2018 I received a letter from the lawyer. Please get a second opinion first. Short addition: 1 day after this assessment, I am threatened with a lawyer or lawsuit.

D	Dejan Jovanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung beim Pickerl wird gerne gepfuscht suchen weiter Mängel obwohl es keine mehr gibt ! Nachdem mein Stiefvater ein neues Gutachten machen musste ging er zu der Werkstatt. Es wurde ein negativ Pickerl gemacht da es 3 schwöre Mängel gab die auch wirklich so waren. - Reifen - Ankerblech - Bremschläuche Vorne Dafür wollte er meinem Stiefvater 700€ Materialkosten verrechnen (exklusive Reifen) und Ohne Arbeitszeit :) das ist lächerlich und fast schon Körperverletzung sowas zu verlangen !!!!!!! Da ich offizieller Autohändler bin habe ich ihn diese Aufgabe übernommen da er sich nicht auskennt und schon etwas älter ist. Alle teile Original bei MercedesBenz Bremsschläuche 140€ inkl Mws Ankerblech 43€ inkl Mws 183€ original teile und die Kzf Pfuscherwerkstatt verlangte 700€..... mit Nachbauteile! Danach zur nachüberprüfung total unseriös !! Kam Herr Vasic und wollte garnicht das Auto richtig übernehmen da er eine neue Überprüfung machen wollte die ich nochmals zahlen sollte 60,40€ ! Da habe ich ihn erklärt das die Frist 28 Tage ist und keine neue Begutachtung gemacht werden muss. Am Ende wurde das nicht aktzeptiert und ich würde gedrungen 60€ zu zahlen oder es gibt kein Pickerl ! Fazit: Richtige Pfuscher und Preisleistung unverständlich. Aufpassen Attention with the badge is often fudged looking for further defects although there are no more! After my stepfather had to make a new report, he went to the workshop. A negative badge was made because there were 3 swear defects that were really so. - Tires - anchor plate - Front brake hoses For this he wanted to charge my stepfather € 700 in material costs (excluding tires) and without working hours :) that is ridiculous and almost assault to charge something like that !!!!!!! Since I am an official car dealer, I took on this task for him because he does not know his way around and is a bit older. All parts are original from Mercedes-Benz Brake hoses € 140 incl Anchor plate € 43 incl 183 € original parts and the Kzf botch workshop demanded 700 € ..... with replica parts! Afterwards for the check-up totally dubious !! Mr. Vasic came and didn't want to take over the car properly because he wanted to do a new check which I should pay again € 60.40! So I explained to him that the deadline is 28 days and that no new assessment has to be made. In the end it was not accepted and I would be forced to pay 60 € or there would be no sticker! Conclusion: Right botch and price performance incomprehensible. Watch out

War sofort total begeistert so Nette Fachkompetente Beratung bekommen mir wurde auch gleich geholfen. Mein neu erworbener Merci bleibt dort weiterhin in Betreuung hat nur Besitzer gewechselt.Leute kann ich Euch nur empfehlen Euer Auto ist dort in guten Händen. ??????Einfach Top I was there for the first time today through the recommendation of the previous owner of my new car.
