Personell war zwar sehr nett, ist aber nicht auf meine Wünsche eingegangen, sondern hat so gefärbt wie's sie für richtig gehalten hat. Seh wieder genau gleich wie vorher aus, hätte ich daheim um 15 Euro auch selbst machen können..bin enttäuscht Completely overpriced for what is on offer. The staff was very nice, but did not respond to my wishes, but colored them as they saw fit. Looks exactly the same as before, I could have done it myself for 15 euros at home ... I'm disappointed
M	Maria 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war schon das zweite mal bei dem Friseur und leider wurden meine Erwartungen wieder nicht erfüllt. Ich wollte eine sehr kühle und helle Balayage, mir wurde gesagt das sei kein Problem. Leider wurde die das erste mal sehr gelb worauf mir wieder gesagt wurde man müsse ein zweites mal blondieren um die Strähnen kühler zu machen. Also bin ich nocheinmal hin um die gewünschte Farbe zu bekommen aber wieder hatte ich das gleiche Ergebniss auf meinem Kopf. Auf die Frage wieso meine Haare nicht heller und kühler sind hat die Friseurin gemeint das es doch heller sei. Ich finde es schade das ein Fachmann nicht sieht oder sehen will was mich an der Farbe stört. Sie war zwar sehr nett aber leider war die Beratung nicht sehr professionell für das ich dann auch noch eine menge Geld bezahlt habe. Im großen und ganzen hab ich mich leider nicht wohl gefühlt. It was the second time I went to the hairdresser's and unfortunately my expectations were not met again. I wanted a very cool and light balayage, I was told that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the first time it turned very yellow and I was told you had to bleach a second time to make the strands cooler. So I went back to get the color I wanted, but again I had the same result on my head. When asked why my hair is not lighter and cooler, the hairdresser said that it was lighter. I think it's a shame that a professional doesn't see or doesn't want to see what bothers me about the color. She was very nice but unfortunately the advice was not very professional and I paid a lot of money for it. On the whole, unfortunately, I didn't feel well.

B	Bettina Uher-Reitter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meiner tochter im geschäft,um eine vintage frisur zu bekommen.bei mir war alles in ordnung,bei meiner neunjährigen tochter (sie hatte bereits gewaschenes und geföhntes haar), der zwei schmale,seitliche zöpfe geflochten und am hinterkopf zusammengebunden wurden+locken mit stab gemacht wurden,wurde eine hochzeitssteckfrisur zum preis von satten eur 47 verrechnet!!diese preis ist wucher,auf meine sofortige reklamation erhielt ich die antwort,man habe ja immerhin eine stunde gebraucht.alles in allem Ein ziemlich stolzer preis für eine unkomplizierte frisur für ein neunjähriges kind.ich finde das absolut überhalten und nicht anständig,noch dazu bei mir als langjährige und treue stammkundin.so kann man gute kunden richtig vergrämen!! I was in the shop with my daughter to get a vintage hairstyle. Everything was fine with me, with my nine-year-old daughter (she had already washed and blown hair), who had two narrow, side braids braided and tied at the back of the head + curls were made with stab, a wedding hairstyle was charged for a full eur 47 !! this price is usury, to my immediate complaint I received the answer that it took an hour after all, all in all A pretty proud price for an uncomplicated hairstyle for a nine-year-old child. I find that absolutely overblown and not decent, especially for me as a long-standing and loyal customer. So you can really scare good customers off!

Es herrscht eine sehr angespannte Stimmung, die Mitarbeiter behandeln einen von oben herab. Ein "Luxusfriseur" wo Lehrlinge an der Rezeption arbeiten und man fast 10 min warten muss bis einen jemand bemerkt. Und dafür viel zu teuer. A friend recommended the hairdresser to me, but I will never go there again! There is a very tense atmosphere, the employees treat you from above. A "luxury hairdresser" where apprentices work at the reception and you have to wait almost 10 minutes until someone notices you. And much too expensive for that.

Wer ein zuvorkommendes, nettes und perfekt geschultes Personal sucht, wird bei dem Dessange Salon in Steyr definitiv fündig. Man merkt einfach, dass das gesamte Team die höchsten Standards an sich selbst hat und diese umsetzt. Von den Techniken, bis hin zur Qualität der Produkte, alles ist stimmig. Besonders möchte ich hierbei Sandra hervorheben. Bei dieser merkt man, dass es nicht nur ihr Beruf ist, sondern sich um ihre Berufung handelt. Sie eine Künstlerin zu nennen, ist nicht übertrieben, niemals wieder lasse ich jemand anderes an meine Haare ran. Diese Dame hat das Talent und die Empathie, die Wünsche ihrer Kunden zu erkennen und diese perfekt umzusetzen. Da kann man die Eigentümern des Salons nur beglückwünschen. After decades of searching, I've finally "arrived". If you are looking for courteous, nice and perfectly trained staff, you will definitely find what you are looking for at the Dessange Salon in Steyr. You can tell that the entire team has the highest standards for themselves and implements them. From the techniques to the quality of the products, everything is consistent. I would particularly like to emphasize Sandra. With this one you notice that it is not just her job, but her calling. Calling her an artist is no exaggeration, never again will I let anyone else touch my hair. This lady has the talent and the empathy to recognize the wishes of her customers and to implement them perfectly. One can only congratulate the owners of the salon.
