★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow.... Ich habe den Platten Reifen um 1130 etwa gemeldet... Mit abschleppen und reparieren war ich in unter 1,5 Stunden nach Meldung beim ACV wieder auf der Straße; Normalerweise wartet man so lange schon auf den abschleppservice....
Wow .... I reported the flat tire around 1130 ... With towing and repairing, I was back on the road in under 1.5 hours after reporting to the ACV; Usually you wait that long for the towing service ....

Beim Kauf eines Autozubehörs wurden Mängel verschwiegen.
Nachdem das Geld übergeben wurde, hieß es erstmal das dafür keine Rechnung gäbe.
Ich wollte den Kauf stornieren und und rücktreten, jedoch weigerte er sich auf eine unverschämte weise.
Nachdem die Polizei verständigt wurde, meinte der Verkäufer plötzlich, dass er die Rechnung am nächtsen Tag per Post senden wollte.

Sehr schnell, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, ich als Tourist aus Deutschland, hatte vollstes Vertrauen in dieses Unternehmen, ich konnte trotz Panne wieder lachen. Danke das Ihr so schnell zu Stelle wart und unseren Urlaub irgendwie gerettet habt. Ich würde gern wieder auf Euch zurückkommen, aber ich bevorzuge einen schadenfreien Rest-Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Never trust a sat nav! I would like to thank this company for making the impossible possible. Very fast, very nice, helpful and courteous, as a tourist from Germany, I had complete confidence in this company, I was able to laugh again despite the breakdown. Thank you for being there so quickly and for saving our vacation somehow. I would like to get back to you again, but I prefer a damage-free rest vacation. We recommend!
