Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, tolle Internet Präsenz.
Habe gestern wieder dort bestellt, wollte das Holz heute abholen.
Eine halbe Stunde vor dem Abhol Termin bin ich drauf gekommen das die bestellten Maße nicht passen, und es diese leider auch nicht bei der Firma Abies gibt.
Dort angerufen, hat sich alles klären lassen, das Geld wird zurück überwiesen.
Obwohl die Schuld zu 100% bei mir liegt, total nett, und das obwohl die Ware schon abholbereit war.
Top Service,immer wieder gern.

Ordered there again yesterday, wanted to pick up the wood today.
Half an hour before the pick-up date, I realized that the dimensions I ordered did not fit, and unfortunately they are not available from Abies either.
Called there, everything could be clarified, the money will be transferred back.
Although the fault lies 100% with me, really nice, and even though the goods were already ready to be picked up.
