Einzig die Öffnungszeiten sind nicht Kunden gerecht . Hier würde ich den Hebel ansetzen und auch die zusätzlichen Kosten lassen sich regeln. Also Gemeinde eine andere Personal Einteilung bei gleichem Mitarbeiterstand würde dieses Manko Regeln.
A company of the Std. Werke Trofaiach where the gentlemen in Leoben could orientate themselves in terms of friendliness and competence.
Only the opening times are not fair to customers. This is where I would apply the lever and the additional costs can also be regulated. So community a different staff classification with the same number of employees would regulate this shortcoming.
