Wir hatten ein Mäuseproblem und die Hausverwaltung hat mir diese Nummer gegeben weil er der Schädlingsbekämpfer in der Nähe ist.
Ich habe den Herrn klipp und klar einen Auftrag gegeben den ich bezahle.
Nachdem ich ihm erzählte das wir Hilfe bei den Mäusen brauchen weil sie in den Wänden sind kam die Ansage: 'Ich kenn dei Haus net auswendig i weiß ja a net wo i Fallen aufstellen soll'
Unsympatisch und unprofessionell - Also nicht zu empfehlen!!!
Die Firma Smarthygiene (in Grambach) kann ich im Gegensatz sehr empfehlen.
Never experienced such an incredibly unsympathetic person on the phone!
We had a mouse problem and the property manager gave me that number because he's near the pest controller.
I have given the Lord a clear and clear order that I pay.
After I told him that we need help with the mice because they are in the walls came the announcement: 'I do not know the house by heart i know a net where i should set up traps'
Unsympathetic and unprofessional - so not recommended !!!
The company Smart hygiene (in Grambach) I can highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute, 6 Mai, war um 11 Uhr eine Dame (weiß den Namen leider nicht) bei uns wegen Ameisenbekämpfung. Großer Pluspunkt das vorher angerufen wurde und somit sicher gestellt wurde, das wir daheim sind. Sie war richtig nett und sympatisch, hat schnell und genau gearbeitet, war ratz fatz alles erledigt und ist nebenbei auf alle meine Fragen eingegangen. Würde ihr gerne mehr Sterne geben :) Danke vielmals!
Today, May 6th, at 11 o'clock a lady (unfortunately doesn't know the name) was with us to fight ants. Big plus point that was called beforehand and thus made sure that we are at home. She was really nice and personable, worked quickly and precisely, everything was done in no time and answered all of my questions on the side. Would like to give her more stars :) Thank you very much!
