★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein Abschleppseil gekauft. Seil ist nach erstem Versuch (nach ca.10km) gerissen (Materialfehler?). 2 Std. später wollte ich das Seil zurückgeben. Keine Chance auf Austausch oder Geld Rückerstattung. Nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich.
Have bought a tow rope. Rope is torn after the first attempt (after about 10km) (material error?). 2 hours later I wanted to return the rope. No chance of exchange or money refund. Not exactly customer friendly.
