Das Warensortiment ist erstklassig, ob es sich nun um Zeitschriften oder Tabakwaren handelt. Die Verkäuferinnen sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Chef "himself" bedient auch immer wieder die Wünsche der Kunden und ist auch stets freundlich und bemüht die Wünsche der Kunden zu erfüllen! I have been a customer of Utrankah for several decades and not without reason. The range of goods is first class, whether they are magazines or tobacco. The sales assistants are very friendly and competent. The boss "himself" also serves the wishes of the customers again and again and is also always friendly and endeavors to fulfill the wishes of the customers!
M	Max Boom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zentral gelegene Trafik (nur wenige Schritte vom Busterminal)mit weitreichendem Produktangebot nicht nur für Zigaretten oder Zigarrenliebhaber (!) aber auch Accessoires und Geschenkkarten. Die bedienenden Damen sind freundlich und kompetent, was in der heutigen gestressten Zeit nicht oft zu finden ist. Sehr zu empfehlen, bin gerne dort Kunde. Centrally located Trafik (just a few steps from the bus terminal) with a wide range of products not only for cigarettes or cigar lovers (!) But also accessories and gift cards. The serving ladies are friendly and competent, which is not often found in today's stressed time. Highly recommended, I like to be a customer there.

Besonders "Andrea" ist in diesem Bereich sehr bemüht und absolut kompetent, hat immer wieder gute Tipps! Für mich beginnt der Zigarrengenuss bereits beim Einkauf dort! I have been a customer for years, previously only photo magazines and for quite some time cigars. Large selection, competent, courteous advice. Especially "Andrea" is in this area very hard-working and absolutely competent, has always good tips! For me, the cigar enjoyment already starts when shopping there!

Vendeur assez sympa, pas mal d'accessoires, mais cigares Cohiba hors de prix. Good choice of cigars, the best in the whole land is the big positive point of the point of sale; some of which cannot be found in France or Germany. Fairly friendly seller, a lot of accessories, but overpriced Cohiba cigars.
