★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Urlaubsfahrt auf einem Donnerstag Nachmittag mußte ich eine MB Werkstatt aufsuchen. Kaum auf dem Hof und schon konnte ich den sofortigen Service genießen den ich in Hannover seit jahren vermisse.
Sofortige Annahme meines Problems und per Telefon dann 2 std. Später eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibungen des Problems, Aufwand, Dauer und Preis.
Bei Abholung noch günstiger, da hier nicht sofort neu gekauft wird sondern Fachgerecht instandgesezt wird.Tolle Chefin, Meister und Mitarbeiter. Ich und mein Auto waren sehr gut aufgehoben.
Wären jetzt nicht ca. 800km von meinem Wohnort entfernt, würde das meine Stammwerkstatt sein.

On a vacation trip on a Thursday afternoon I had to visit a MB workshop. Hardly in the yard and I could enjoy the immediate service I miss in Hanover for years.
Immediate acceptance of my problem and then by phone 2 hours. Later a very detailed descriptions of the problem, effort, duration and price.
When picking up even cheaper, because not immediately bought new but is professionally repaired. Great boss, master and staff. Me and my car were in very good hands.
If it were not about 800km from my place of residence, it would be my home workshop.
