Incompetent and unfriendly "advice" on the phone. Oh what: You can't even call it advice! Definitely will never buy anything from this company!

Absprachen und Ankündigungen werden mehrmals nicht eingehalten. Immer wieder Ausreden, dass die Lieferanten verantwortlich sind. Dazu sehr unfreundliche Kommunikation, die einfachsten Regeln der Höflichkeit widerspricht. Ich habe vor 5 Monaten bestellt und bezahlt. Mittlerweile warte ich mehrere Wochen auf die Rückzahlung und werde demnächst den Anwalt einschalten. Zum Glück habe ich eine Rechtsschutzversicherung. Incapacity or bad intent? Long delivery time. No information on delivery time. Multiple inquiries necessary. Agreements and announcements are not kept several times. Keep making excuses that the suppliers are responsible. In addition, very unfriendly communication that contradicts the simplest rules of politeness. I ordered and paid 5 months ago. In the meantime I have been waiting several weeks for the repayment and will soon call in the lawyer. Fortunately, I have legal expenses insurance.

Als die Lieferung nach über einem Monat noch nicht eingetroffen ist (und der Bestell-Status unverändert blieb) rief ich beim Kunden-Service an. Dort wollte ich lediglich nachfragen, was mit der Bestellung ist und ob es noch etwas benötige, damit sich der Bestell-Status ändert. Darauf hin schnauzte mich der Mann aus dem Service sehr an, wurde laut und unverschämt, stellte mich regelrecht als dumm dar. Meine Info habe ich vor lauter Rage über meinen Anruf nicht bekommen, also lies ich die Bestellung stornieren. (Bestätigung ging ein, wir hoffen, dass das Geld zurück kommt!) Wir wurden von der Nummer zurückgerufen und nahmen ab, ich fragte nach, ob ich mit dem gleichen Mitarbeiter rede, darauf konnte er mir keine Antwort geben, weil "sehr viele Anrufe bearbeitet werden" und er sich diese nicht merkt (hitziges Gespräch, keine 3 Minuten her). Das lässt mich also darauf schließen, dass alle Kundengespräche gleich sein müssen. Auch dieser Mitarbeiter (oder war es der gleiche?) wurde sehr schnell sehr unhöflich und herablassend und laut! Ich bin sehr schockiert über den Kundenumgang und werde diese Firma auf keinen Fall empfehlen!!! Ordered something for my father. When the delivery hadn't arrived after more than a month (and the order status remained unchanged) I called customer service. There I just wanted to ask what happened to the order and whether something else was needed for the order status to change. The man from the service then snapped at me a lot, became loud and outrageous, and portrayed me as stupid. I didn't get my information because I was so angry about my call, so I read the order canceled. (Confirmation received, we hope the money will come back!) We were called back by the number and picked up, I asked if I was talking to the same employee, he couldn't give me an answer because "a lot of calls are being processed" and he doesn't remember them (heated conversation, no 3 Minutes ago). So that leads me to conclude that all customer conversations must be the same. Also this employee (or was it the same?) Got very rude and condescending and loud very quickly! I am very shocked by the customer contact and I will definitely not recommend this company !!!

Nach 12 Wochen habe ich per mail nachgefragt was los ist und wann ich mit der Lieferung Rechnen kann. Als Antwort erhielt ich " in kürze" , mehr stand nicht in der mail. Natürlich habe dann eine 14 Tägige Lieferfrist gesetzt. Die Antwort kam prompt, ich sollte mich in 14 Tagen nochmals melden, man würde dann sehen was man machen kann. Von mir kam aber nch 14 Tagen der Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag und die Rückforderung des Geldes ( wenigstens das hat funktioniert, dafür 1 Stern:) Der Witz an der Sache: Wärend dieser 14 Tägigen Frist sollten wieder 7 von den Gasdruckfedern auf Lager sein.........OHNE WORTE I have ordered 2 Stabilus gas springs, 3 should be in stock. After 12 weeks I asked by email what was going on and when I could expect the delivery. The answer I received was "in brief", the mail said nothing more. Of course I then set a 14-day delivery period. The answer came promptly, I should contact me again in 14 days, then you would see what you can do. But after 14 days I withdrew from the sales contract and asked for the money back (at least that worked, but 1 star :) The joke about it: During this 14-day period, 7 of the gas pressure springs should be in stock again ......... WITHOUT WORDS

I'm just adding a bad review ... more. a small Stabilus ordered in April 2021!! by SKRILL on the Internet! we are in April 2022... no news, and yet I send emails often, People who laugh at you, funny people! I lost 37€. forever, they won't refund me. they are not serious suppliers.!

Vielleicht die Verfügbarkeiten auf der HP anpassen! Part could not be delivered quickly, understandable in this time, advance payment was returned after the first email contact. Maybe adjust the availabilities on the half board!
