You will find great professional competence in this company! "Never works or doesn't exist" I have never heard in this company. So very recommendable. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viel zu teuer. Rechnung von 72€ bekommen, für folgende Leistung:
Elektriker kam, schaute und überprüfte den Lichtschalter (Dimmer) - dauerte max. 10min! Nix wurde repariert, ausgetauscht oder sonstiges. Lediglich aufgeschraubt, kontrolliert was defekt ist und wieder zugemacht. Tschüss.
Ok, Wegzeit ist Arbeitszeit,
Geschäftsstelle bis zum Ort des Geschehens mit Auto max. 10min!
Nachdem man mir 2,5 Wochen später mal ein Angebot telefonisch vorgelegt hat
(weil keiner wusste was bestellt werden sollte, obwohl ich dem Elektriker schon bei der beschauen gesagt hab das er nen Dimmer für LED Birnen bestellen soll)
für einen Neuen Dimmer der ca. 160€ (ohneEinbau!) kosten soll, hab ich dankend abgelehnt ?

hab’s selbst gemacht, selber gekauft bei Obi und eingebaut. Und das noch für 100€ weniger!! Materialkosten!!
Da lässt man schon eine einheimische Firma kommen und dann noch so eine freche Rechnung. Sorry, aber Kundengewinnung, -Zufriedenheit sieht anders aus!!
Way too expensive. Received an invoice of 72 € for the following service:
Electrician came, looked and checked the light switch (dimmer) - lasted max. 10min! Nothing was repaired, replaced or anything else. Just screwed on, checked what was defective and closed again. Bye.
Ok, travel time is working time,
Office to the place of the event by car max. 10min!
After someone gave me an offer by phone 2.5 weeks later
(because nobody knew what should be ordered, although I told the electrician at the inspection that he should order a dimmer for LED bulbs)
for a new dimmer which should cost about 160 € (without installation!), I declined with thanks ?

I made it myself, bought it myself at Obi and installed it. And that for 100 € less !! Material costs!!
You have a local company come and then you have a cheeky bill. Sorry, but customer acquisition, satisfaction looks different !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant. Schnippisch. Überteuert. Ich hatte mein Ladekabel vergessen. Offensichtlich ist es der einzige Laden in Seefeld, der einem einen solch exotischen Artikel verkaufen kann. Das war der Verkäuferin anscheinend auch bewusst. Auf den Preis von knapp 20,00€ angesprochen meinte sie, ich könne ja auch nach Innsbruck fahren. Ein nächstes Mal in diesem Laden wird es nicht geben. Dann würde ich lieber wieder zurück nach Deutschland und dort mein Geld lassen.
Arrogant. Snippy. Overpriced. I forgot my charging cable. Obviously, it's the only store in Seefeld that can sell you such an exotic item. Apparently the seller was also aware of that. At the price of just under 20.00 € she said, I could go to Innsbruck. There will be no next time in this shop. Then I would rather go back to Germany and leave my money there.
