Very nice business. Super nice and competent advice. The selection is also very good. Nice that there is another fabric shop in Leibnitz or Kaindorf a. d. Sulm there.
P	Paige Timi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren dort weil es uns empfohlen wurde. Sehr schönes Gewand aber billige italienische Ware und die Beratung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe den Eindruck gewonnen, dass sie mit dem neuen Geschäft total überfordert sind. Es werden sich nicht an Absprachen gehalten und obwohl Rückrufe vereinbart wurde, werden diese gekonnt ignoriert. Als Kunde habe ich mich im Stich gelassen gefühlt. Wenn man sein Gewand nicht dringend braucht und auch keine Beratung möchte, kann man dort einkaufen. Andernfalls eher nicht. Nachtrag: Das Gewand was gekauft wurde, hielt leider nicht mal einen Tag, die Nähte gingen alle auf und von den Chefs kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Das Gewand war ein Geschenk für ein Baby und somit peinlich wenn man es nicht mal ein paar Stunden anziehen kann. We went there because it was recommended to us. Very nice clothes but cheap Italian goods and the advice leaves a lot to be desired. I got the impression that they are totally overwhelmed with the new business. Agreements are not kept and although callbacks have been agreed, these are skilfully ignored. As a customer, I felt let down. If you don't need your clothes urgently and don't want advice, you can go shopping there. Otherwise rather not. Addendum: The garment that was bought didn't even last a day, the seams all opened and the bosses didn't even offer an apology. The robe was a gift for a baby and therefore embarrassing if you can't wear it for a few hours.

Als ich voller Verzweiflung 3 Tage vor der Erstkommunion angerufen habe das dass Kleid trotz 3 x schneidern ( andere Schneiderin) noch immer zu klein ist bzw zu eng ist, bat mir die Chefin sofort an zu kommen ❤️ innerhalb 30 Minuten passte meiner Tochter nach wochenlangen hin und her ( von der anderen Schneiderin wurde ich nur gepflanzt) endlich das Kleid ? total nettes freundliches Team ❤️ I can only say top top top !! ? When I called in desperation 3 days before first communion that the dress was still too small or too tight despite tailoring it 3 times (other dressmaker), the boss asked me to come immediately ❤️ after weeks my daughter fit in within 30 minutes and here (I was only planted by the other seamstress) finally the dress ? really nice friendly team ❤️

Da wir von Tirol sind und grad nicht ums Eck können zum einkaufen, ermöglichte uns die Firma trotzdem ein unkompliziertes einkaufen. Per Anruf und Mail wurde alles fixiert. Da leider die Hose ein bisschen zu klein war für unseren Strolch wurde sie ohne weitere Kosten und Probleme umgetauscht. Meines Erachtens ein ausgezeichneter Betrieb! Jedem zum weiterempfehlen! Clothing made with a lot of love. Worked neatly down to the smallest detail and really when you open the package, love comes out. Since we are from Tyrol and cannot go shopping around the corner, the company made it easy for us to shop. Everything was fixed by phone call and email. Since the pants were a bit too small for our rascal, they were exchanged without any further costs or problems. In my opinion an excellent company! Recommendable to everyone!
