Selten so etwas erlebt...Bei so viel Auswahl sollte man um dieses Unternehmen einen großen Bogen machen. Extremely arrogant! A telephone call impossible, because interlocutor still listens and hangs up. Rarely experienced such a thing ... With so much choice one should go around this company a large arc.
Y	Your Eskimo Friend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überhaupt Kontakt herzustellen war fast unmöglich. Die Kommunikation ist bestenfalls mühsam, bisweilen unfreundlich. Hier wurden wohl ehemalige MagistratsmitarbeiterInnen rekrutiert. So etwas unprofessionelles habe ich selten erlebt. Making contact at all was almost impossible. The communication is tedious at best, sometimes unfriendly. Here, former magistrate employees were probably recruited. I have rarely experienced something so unprofessional.

Projekt Althanpark wirkt als wären zum Ende hin Geld und Zeit ausgegangen. Etliche Mängel, die dann auch nicht als solche anerkannt werden. Angepriesene Räume nur mangelhaft ausgestattet (Fitnessraum, Kinderspielplatz usw. ). Anfragen werden teilweise nur schleppend beantwortet, ignoriert oder abgelehnt. More appearance than being. Poor After Sales Management, except for a few or, above all, a positive exception. Project Althanpark looks as if money and time ran out at the end. Several defects, which are then not recognized as such. Reputed rooms only poorly equipped (gym, children's playground, etc.). Requests are sometimes answered sluggishly, ignored or rejected.
R	Renate S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projekt Althan Park sieht von außen vielleicht gut aus. Gepfuscht wurde hier leider ohne Ende. Über 25 Mängel in der Wohnung gehabt und so ging es sehr vielen Bewohnern. Die Wände sind komplett schief, so etwas habe man noch nie gesehen (laut Peter Max). Bei den Rigipswänden hat man die dünnste Art genommen die es gibt, Papierdünn, keine Garantie ob die Wohnwand auf Dauer halten wird (laut Monteure von Leiner). Husch Pfusch Aktion damit noch alles im Dezember (und das war auch viel später als versprochen) fertig wird und das auch noch für 7.550€ pro m2. Als Käufer einer Wohnung von über 500.000€ werden die E-Mails einfach ignoriert und nie beantwortet, es ist wirklich eine Frechheit was sich 6B47 hier geleistet hat!! Empfehlen würde ich dieses Unternehmen auf keinen Fall! Project Althan Park may look good from the outside. Spoiled here was unfortunately without end. Over 25 defects in the apartment had and so it was very many residents. The walls are completely crooked, something you have never seen (according to Peter Max). With the Rigipswänden one has taken the thinnest kind there, thin paper, no guarantee whether the living wall will hold in the long run (according to fitters from Leiner). Husch Pfusch action so that everything in December (and that was much later than promised) is finished and that also for 7.550 € per m2. As a buyer of a flat of over € 500,000 the emails are simply ignored and never answered, it's really a joke what 6B47 has done here !! I would not recommend this company in any case!

Ein Arbeitgeber bei dem man ist und bleibt. Ich bin dankbar für jeden Tag. Outstandingly good employer, incomparably good working atmosphere and fantastic colleagues. Hard to beat when it comes to superlatives. An employer with whom you are and stay. I am grateful for every day.

If you send a request for an apartment rental you will know what I mean. Don't send them an email because it won't be read. Don't call them or they will hang up on you while you talk- yes this is for real. If you want to see one of their apartments, they will ask for documents of your whole life simply for visiting one! Plus, they decide for your eligibility for this visit with their extremely limited knowledge. I know how ridiculous this sounds, but I experienced this.

Passed the apartment block a couple of days ago, wondering whatbit was, and who was responsible for this clever design. In the 10th District, Favoriten, i passed another bulding, still unsure whether thisnis another of thwir projects, however on street level, commercial rental opportunities were advertised and as I turned the buildings corner, 6B47 advertised also Apartments... so ... Google here we come... and of course, i recognised the apartment building I had admired in 9th District. I would LOVE to live there, howver, it may well be outside my price range!! And, WHY doesnt Google review typing at LEAST autocorrect! Especially i as in 'I' ... always make so many errors and its an effort to type on mobile phones, so, proof reading just goes ...out the window! Apologies if anything offends anyone.
